Hello Everybody!
Today, I am simply bursting again with energy as what I am already used to feel everyday of my life since I started my simple fitness guide several years ago. These simple fitness guides that I thought of are basic, sensible and necessary approaches to make your life become a more meaningful one full of hope, joy and excitement based on the simple premise that a healthy and fit body is a happy body.
I Was Once a Wreak
Who could have ever thought that I could be what I am today? A healthy and fit person full of life, vitality and an engaging personality and who is now destined to become head of a department where he was once just a tottering and sickly assistant clerk. Yes, that is very true. Several years ago, I was a sickly person. In fact, the plan of resigning from my clerical work was always in my head. I did think that I will not last long if I stayed on my job. The easy work that I did during those times like typing and filing of documents seemed already a heavy burden to me.
I never felt happy during those days, seeing my officemates brimming with vigor and vitality in their work I felt I was a castaway floating wherever the current will bring me. Even the girl of my dreams whom I meet in the office where I work took notice of me. I realized however, that she took notice of me not because she likes me but because she took pity of my frail and sickly condition! .
What a sickly character I was then during those days. Sports like table tennis and even basketball which were my games when I was still in high school where already out of my reach because of my frail condition. I could not even afford to jog or to do simple push ups. Even the usual things that I did then like watering the plants and sweeping our yard already seemed a physical burden to me. I have already consulted doctors about my condition but everything is normal with me, they would say. Then one day, I resolved to do something about my condition. I filed a 15 day vacation leave.
How I Got Out from the Woodwork.
Now, I felt to have springs on my two feet. Before, I used to feel lead was attached to them. Nearly two weeks to the day I started following my own plan, I was already jogging half a kilometer. A month after, the new jolly and vibrant me had everyone in the office huddling together and trying to find out what miraculous thing had transformed a frail and sickly guy like me who was devoid of zest, energy and life and nearly everything to suddenly become alive and kicking like a galloping horse.
The amazement of my officemates became even more when they learned that I passed the personality and IQ exam of our company for a shot at a junior executive position. To be honest with you, friends, even I was amazed at my new found physical prowess and the way my brain now works. Nearly everyone in the office, at home, and even my friends has begun adjusting to my new personality and vigor...
Where once before I would go straight home from my office work, now, I am an important member of our department bowling club which would make me and my fellow officemates compete in bowling tournaments with other departments after office work. In terms of office work, where once I used only to type and file documents, now I am already tasked by my boss to handle our company budget projections and variances reports and other sensitive job assignments.
And everything changed for me, as it will for you..
